Definition of a Perfect Day...

I may be the odd one, but large crowds and a crazy amount of activities are not my preferred method for celebrating my birthday.  So yesterday, I:

  1. Slept in (ooh! this is one of my favoritist things to do.)

  2. Got Coffee in bed (this actually happens every day, but I still get over-the-top excited about it.)

  3. Had Korean food for lunch with my Courtney and my Abby (Korean food is my third love language after acts of service and words of affirmation)

  4. Sat and talked with my Courtney and my Abby for 3 hours. (We had to be asked to move so the waitress could clean her table and go home.  Hee Hee!)

  5. Took a nap (because why not.)

  6. Had a french fry and sweet tea party in my bed with Daran and my girls.  (this was a highlight of the day! I think I even made up a song and dance with french fry party as a repeating lyric.)

  7. Had chocolate nut pie that my amazing mother-in-law made for me (YUM!)

  8. Read a book in bed with my new book light! (A perfect ending to a perfect day!)

I know that the setting for most of the above was in my bed (of which I happen to be in at the moment), but for me it was perfection!  Thank you for all the birthday wishes and love, my friends!
